At RapidRoll Garage Door Repair, we’re committed to delivering reliable, high-quality service you can count on. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to feel confident when choosing us for your garage door needs. Below is our clear and fair service and return policy.
 

✅ Workmanship Guarantee

All repair work performed by RapidRoll is backed by a 90-day workmanship warranty. If an issue arises as a result of our repair work during this period, we’ll return to fix it at no additional cost.
 

🔁 Returns & Refunds

  • Service Fees
    Service call and diagnostic fees are non-refundable once our technician has arrived on-site.

  • Repairs & Installations
    If you're not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will assess the issue and determine if a follow-up service or refund is appropriate.

  • Parts
    All new parts installed are covered under manufacturer's warranties. Due to the nature of garage door systems, installed parts are not eligible for return unless proven defective.

  • Refunds
    We aim to resolve all issues through re-servicing. Full or partial refunds will only be issued in cases where we cannot resolve the issue or where work was not completed as agreed.
     

🕒 Warranty Exclusions

Our 90-day guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, weather events, or tampering

  • Issues related to pre-existing conditions not repaired by us

  • Routine maintenance or wear and tear after service
