Welcome to RapidRoll Garage Door Repair. By scheduling a service, purchasing a product, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

RapidRoll Garage Door Repair offers:​

  • Spring replacement

  • Garage door motor replacement

  • Garage roller replacement

  • Tune ups

  • Emergency repair services ($50 afterhours fee)

All services are subject to technician availability and geographic service area.

2. Scheduling & Appointments

  • Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or through third-party platforms.

  • A confirmation will be sent once your appointment is accepted.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, technician illness, emergencies).

  • Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Pricing is provided in advance based on the service requested. Custom repairs may require on-site estimates.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.

  • Late payments may incur a fee. Returned checks are subject to a service charge.

4. Warranties & Guarantees

  • We stand behind our work. Labor is covered by a 90-day limited warranty. All parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. 

  • Warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, weather damage, or tampering.

  • Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period and require proof of service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and service information.

  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.

  • Secure pets and remove any hazards near the work area.

  • Pay for services rendered per the agreed terms.

Failure to comply may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

6. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RapidRoll Garage Door Repair is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Damage to garage contents or property caused by pre-existing structural issues

  • Damage resulting from misuse or unauthorized modifications after service

  • Delays caused by supply chain disruptions or third-party vendors

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, service descriptions, photos, and text, is the property of RapidRoll Garage Door Repair. You may not reproduce, copy, or use it without our written permission.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for:

  • Harassment or unsafe behavior toward staff

  • Repeated appointment cancellations or no-shows

  • Non-payment or fraudulent activity
